Duetto and Komani Gaming ink product agreement



082114 GTR Konami logo 300Duetto, a casino hotel and resort profit optimization software provider, has integrated its Duetto GameChanger with Konami Gaming systems products.

According to company literature, connectivity with Konami allows Duetto to leverage rich customer data that comes with gaming in addition to non?gaming spend for more sophisticated room pricing recommendations and offers.

"Total spend data from Konami allows us to value rooms all the way down to the person customer in accordance with their individual profit potential,” said Marco Benvenuti, co?founder and chief analytics & product officer for Duetto in a prepared statement. “This means better insights and more revenue for our casino resort and hotel customers. Our application is built to bring casinos the facility price all room types, channels and dates independently of one another to maximise profitability. These are powerful tools for resorts with a broad range of rooms and rates."

Konami's patron management system tracks customer spend within the entire casino resort. Customers can use the similar loyalty card on the tables, slots, spa, restaurants, golf course and anywhere else. The associated loyalty program tracks total spend instead of simply accumulating points. As a result, valued customers earn better deals and comps according to their patronage.

"Guests should feel confident casino hotels will recognize and worth their business in whatever form it takes,” said Steve Sutherland, executive vp and COO of Konami Gaming. “This is the way forward for loyalty programs and one good for both casinos and consumers. We anticipate a good impact on profitability, guest experiences and operational efficiencies."
