Online Bingo software company, 888 Holdings, who's currently under contract with Cashcade, was seeking to buy, but if the fee jumped, so did they.
The owners of Cashcade would hate to look Foxy Bingo go, said one source, because their advertising attempts has been such a success. Party Gaming jumped into the combo and offered 75 million down and the opposite 25 million in accordance with future performance. There's no word yet whether Cascade has talked with Party Gaming as of yet.
