Fantasy Sports Legalized in MassachusettsNO Deposit bonus $43

fantasy-sports-headerThe way forward for daily fantasy sports (DFS) have been secured in Massachusetts after regulations were signed into law by the U.S. state’s governor. The brand new rules include a minimum age of 21 for participants, bar games according to college or amateur sports and prohibit individual players from spending greater than $1,000 every month without proof they may withstand deep financial losses.

The regulations, that have been recommend by Attorney General Maura Healey earlier this year, also require DFS operators to provide ‘beginner’ contests that highly experienced players can be prevented from entering. After signing a bill including the DFS provisions, Governor Charlie Baker made connection with DraftKings, that's based in Boston, Massachusetts.

He said: “What I FEEL we were doing was simply taking what the attorney general put available in the market as form of directional guidance and become a statute in order that an organization like DraftKings — that's big and successful within the consumer online business — can stay headquartered here within the commonwealth.”
