On Friday, Aaron and Andrew Harrison announced that they are going to play their sophomore seasons at Kentucky as opposed to enter the NBA Draft. This announcement had huge affects at the 2015 National Championship odds.
“After the Harrison twins announced they might return to Kentucky, the Wildcats jumped from 12/1 to 4/1 favorites to win the national championship,” says Mike Perry of Sportsbook.ag.
Perry tells Covers that before the road move “17 bettors took Kentucky at 12/1 odds today, with three of them betting $500.”
The Wildcats jumped over Arizona (8/1), Duke (8/1) Florida (12/1), Kansas (12/1) and Wisconsin (12/1) with the announcement.
