Cavs seeing quite a lot of support after historic Game 2NO Deposit bonus $43
We’re well into the second one round of the NBA Playoffs, and Friday night brings a couple of key games, one within the Eastern Conference semifinals, and one within the West. Covers talks with Aaron Kessler, supervisor of the Golden Nugget sportsbook in Las Vegas, and Greg Sindall, senior oddsmaker for online site SportsInteraction, about those two contests.Cleveland Cavaliers at Atlanta Hawks – Open: Cavaliers -2.5; Move: noneThe Cavs made a record-setting 25 3-pointers in Game 2 Wednesday night, hammering the Hawks 123-98 as 7-point home chalk to take a 2-0 lead in thebest-of-7 series. If Atlanta desires to avoid what is usually a very short series, it's going to need to find its way into the win column tonight.

“There’s not an excessive amount of action early, but it’s been on both sides,” Kessler said, adding Nugget bettors aren’t overreacting to the Cavaliers’ 3-point barrage of Wednesday. “You can’t expect them to do this again.”

But SportsInteraction was seeing numerous Cavs support.

“With the 3-point display of Game 2 still fresh on their minds, the general public have been backing Cleveland since we opened the lines,” said Sindall, noting that by Friday morning, SportsInteraction had churned out almost entirely Cleveland tickets, and therefore needed to make a line move.

“With 93 percent of the cash at the Cavs, we’ve moved out to Cleveland -3,” Sindall said. “I expect the general public to maintain backing Cleveland, and that i wouldn’t be surprised to peer that line exit further before tipoff.”San Antonio Spurs at Oklahoma City Thunder – Open: Pick; Move: Spurs -2

Oklahoma City snuck out of San Antonio with a controversial Game 2 victory to even the series, winning 98-97 as a 7.5-point underdog once you have thumped 124-92 catching 6.5 points in Game 1. Kessler said the Golden Nugget needed to move quickly after bettors jumped at the Spurs.

“We opened [Game 3] at a pick, and it got jumped to Spurs -1.5 really quickly. Now we’re at -2,” he said. “I think it’ll get to twenty-five.. We’ve been seeing consistent Spurs action.”

SportsInteraction gave the Spurs the nod from the outset, but has also moved up.

“We opened with the Spurs as 1.5 point road favorites. We took a bit sharp money at the Spurs and feature moved out to -2,” Sindall said, adding that the full has seen some movement, too. “The public have been backing the over heavily on this game. We opened with a complete of 199, but with 91 percent of the handle at the over, that line have been bumped as much as 200.5.”
