Registration is officially closed within the 2016 Card Player Poker Tour Bicycle Hotel & Casino $1,100 no-limit hold’em main event. A COMPLETE of 433 entries were made within the $400,000 guaranteed tournament to construct a last prize pool of $495,670.
The three starting flights drew 407 entries, while 26 players opted for the $4,400 direct buy-in option available as a part of the Quantum Reload structure pioneered by Bike Tournament Director Mo Fathipour. People who exercised this feature began the day with 120,000 in chips with blinds at 1,000-2,000 and an ante of 300.
The top 54 finishers will make the money, with a min-cash being worth $1,835 and the highest prize of $120,685.
Plenty of notables were still in on day 2, including World Series of Poker bracelet winners Cord Garcia, Phil Laak and Mike Leah. Also within the mix is actress and poker enthusiast Nika Futterman, poker pro Adam Levy and 2016 World Series of Poker main event final tablist Patrick Chan.
Play will continue tonight though 12 levels or all the way down to final 9 players, which ever comes first. The general day of this event can be live streamed on Live on the Bike starting at 2 p.m. local time.
